Plates and Laminates - DMEs, DMPs, DMS, Conductives

DMI provides the pressing of plates using epoxy, polyester or silicone. In the Machining sector, parts are manufactured from plates, tubes, pultruders and cast products in general, according to different tolerance and finishing standards. The great flexibility of the process allows the utilization of these parts in all parts of generators.

Filament Winding - FWE - Tubes and windings

DMI has got its own process of manufacturing tubes and windings. FWE results from the winding of fiberglass and epoxy resin roving. Final product offers high resistance to dielectric stiffness and strong mechanical structure.

Hand Lay up Laminates - Air Deflectors, Angles

Hand lay up or Spray up assures casting of parts with larger dimensions using wooden molds.

Molded and Cast items - Eye Coats and others

The molding is processed through high compression and temperature utilizing BMC and SMC filling contents. The epoxy casting is also processed utilizing a mold, but it requires less mechanical performance as injected epoxy resin is applied with a reinforcement of fiberglass fabric at low compression.

Pultruders - Epoxy or semi-conductives

Pultruders are used in serial applications replacing machined profiles that allow project replication, promoting cost cutting.
